Central Valley NMTC is a certified Community Development Entity headquartered in Fresno, California. Our mission is to facilitate projects that promote health, job creation, communication, and environmental benefits across the Central Valley.
We serve as a trusted bridge between underserved communities and private investment—helping transform high-impact projects into financially viable opportunities through the New Markets Tax Credit program.
